Every flush you do will make you healthier, but it is not always noticeable on the first flush. From my experience and what I've heard from others, it's usually around the third flush that you will really notice a difference. Then every 3-4 flushes will be a new turning point in your health....Once you've gotten into the grove of liver flushing, colonics, eating right, etc, you will feel a little better each day.Depending on how severe your health issues are is how long that will take. If you are really unhealthy as I was and do the right things, it will probably take a little more than a year. If you don't have a serious dis-ease, you'll get better even faster. Don't get discouraged by thinking, "Oh no, only a little bit better each day?" That "little bit better" will make you so happy.
