We all know that circulating levels of AGEs (and Rages) are bad news. This makes you think how you want to prepare your food since the levels are directly related to our food intake!! I am not ready to rely on raw food entirely although clearly that works well for some, but I am ready to take my enzymes like Wobenzym and Lumbrokinase (Boluoke) and Nattokinase, and digestive enzymes. My Power Drink provides at least 4 grams of Beyond C or the newer form, BioEnR-Gy C, after every meal with Beyond Fiber, MACA, etc.
I think we should all become more worried about the stress on our bodies from our food, which we are learning is dangerous not just because of pollutants. Now we have more things to consider, the level of AGEs in our diet! Read more...
