I think that the type of fast that was described in the previous post is the best type of fast for weight regulation. Simply put, switching the diet in favor of raw, organic, unprocessed foods instead of processed foods that are high in white sugar, white flour, trans-fats, and chemicals is a path toward health and a better body composition for just about everyone.
