Homemade Colon Cleanse Recipe #1

• 2 Tablespoons of Flaxseed Meal
• 1/2 Banana, semi ripe
• 1/2 Papaya, ripe
• 2 teaspoons of Golden Omega-Omega Oil
• 1 heaping tablespoon of Green Magic
• 2 capsules of Probiotic Complex
• 1 1/2 -1 3/4 cups of purified water

Blend above ingredients until smooth.

Homemade Colon Cleanse Recipe #2

Mix together immediately after waking up and before breakfast:

• half-fill with grape or cherry juice quarter-fill with water
• 3 tablespoons liquid bentonite
• 1 heaping teaspoon of psyllium HUSK powder
• 1 level teaspoon of vitamin C crystals
• 1/2 teaspoon papain powder
• 1/2 teaspoon psyllium SEED powder
• 1/2 teaspoon bone meal powder

Shake well for 10 seconds and drink right away.
